Our work, discussing diverse contemporary Thomistic interpretations, attempts to explain the relationship between both dimensions of divine exemplarity and its consequences in the order of participation in the things created by God. Tomás de Aquino sostuvo explícitamente una doble ejemplaridad divina conforme a la cual el modelo de cada cosa está en Dios de diferentes maneras: según el intelecto y según la naturaleza. Los ejemplares, en el primer caso, son las ideas divinas; en el segundo, los atributos divinos.
