| Sumario: | Through a historical, critical and hermeneutical analysis of both the sources and the specialized bibliography, the present work seeks to elucidate whether it is possible to evidence in Thomas Aquinas’s commentary on Liber de causis not only a historical reception but also a conceptual transformation of the models of efficient, exemplary and final causality that are operating in the textual plots collected by Aquinas (De divinis nominibus of Pseudo Dionysius Areopagita, the Elementatio Theologica of Proclus and the Liber de causis) in the problematic context of doctrinal disputes developed during the second half of the 13th century. Por medio de un análisis histórico, crítico y hermenéutico tanto de las fuentes como de la bibliografía especializada, el presente trabajo busca dilucidar si es posible evidenciar en el comentario de Tomás de Aquino al Liber de causis no sólo una recepción histórica sino también una transformación conceptual de los modelos de causalidad eficiente, ejemplar y final que están operando en las tramas textuales recogidas por el Aquinate (el De divinis nominibus del Pseudo Dionisio Areopagita, la Elementatio Theologica de Proclo y el Liber de causis) en el contexto problemático de las disputas doctrinales desarrolladas durante la segunda mitad del siglo XIII. |
