| Sumario: | Introduction: Cystic Fibrosis (CF) is the main potentially lethal hereditary disease among Caucasians, presenting systemic complications and the need for a therapeutic regimen that demands time and dedication. Objective: Develop an Application (App) for smartphones that allows guiding and encouraging patients with CF to perform, in a playful and correct way their physiotherapeutic exercises contributing to adherence to home treatment. Methods: Methodological study of technological innovation where the development of the FisioResp App was sought by researchers and an IT professional. Results: 13 users among the list of patients with Cystic Fibrosis registered at the Cystic Fibrosis Outpatient Clinic of the João de Barros Barreto University Hospital consider using the application positive. The Application was designed by the authors based on the Brazilian Recommendation Guide for Physiotherapy in Cystic Fibrosis and was developed by a professional in the area of Information Technology, in a private company, being prepared in the Java Script language using the React Native framework for Smartphones with Android operating system and was registered with INPI under number BR512024000738-5. Conclusion: We seek to provide patients and physiotherapists with yet another therapeutic support tool to make their home treatment routine more practical and efficient, by synthesizing and enabling the home prescription of the most commonly used exercises in the outpatient practice of a CF Reference Center. An initial limitation found in the App is the fact that it has been developed, for now, only for the Android platform. Introdução: A Fibrose Cística (FC) é a principal doença hereditária potencialmente letal entre caucasianos, apresentando complicações sistêmicas e necessidade de um regime terapêutico que demanda tempo e dedicação. Objetivo: Desenvolver um Aplicativo (App) para smartphone que permita orientar e estimular pacientes com FC a realizarem de forma lúdica e correta seus exercícios fisioterapêuticos, contribuindo para a adesão ao tratamento domiciliar. Métodos: Estudo metodológico de inovação tecnológica onde se buscou o desenvolvimento do App FisioResp pelos pesquisadores e por um profissional de TI. Resultados: 13 usuários dentre a lista de pacientes com Fibrose Cística cadastrados no Ambulatório de Fibrose Cística do Hospital Universitário João de Barros Barreto consideram positiva a utilização do aplicativo. O Aplicativo foi desenhado pelos autores tendo como base o Guia de Recomendação Brasileira de Fisioterapia na Fibrose Cística e foi desenvolvido por um profissional da área de Tecnologia da Informação, em uma empresa privada, sendo elaborado na linguagem Java Script utilizando o framework React Native para Smartphones com sistema operacional Android e foi registrado no INPI sob o número BR512024000738-5. Conclusão: Buscamos trazer aos pacientes e aos profissionais fisioterapeutas mais uma ferramenta de auxílio terapêutico para tentar tornar a rotina de tratamento domiciliar mais prática e mais eficiente, sintetizando e possibilitando a prescrição domiciliar dos exercícios mais comumente usados na prática ambulatorial de um Centro de Referência em FC. Uma limitação inicial encontrada no App é o fato de ter sido desenvolvido, por enquanto, apenas para a plataforma Android. |
