| Sumario: | Objective: To explore latent class of treatment burden and characteristic differences of patients with coronary heart disease plus multimorbidity, and analyze the relevant influencing factors. Methods: A total of 505 patients with coronary heart disease plus multimorbidity admitted to the cardiovascular department of a tertiary grade A hospital in Kunshan were selected as the research subjects by convenience sampling from August 2022 to February 2023. General information survey, Chinese version of the Multi- Morbidity Treatment Burden Questionnaire, and Chinese version of Heart Health Self-Efficacy and Self-Management were used for investigation. Explored the potential categories of treatment burden in patients with coronary heart disease plus multimorbidity, and factors influencing the different categories were analysed using Logistic regression. Results: The treatment burden in patients with coronary heart disease plus multimorbidity could be divided into 3 categories, included the comprehensive high treatment burden group with 150 patients(29. 7%), the moderate treatment burden high medication and cost burden group with 182 patients(36. 0%), and the low treatment burden high lifestyle burden group with 173 patients(34. 3%). The regression analysis results showed that gender, age, duration of coronary heart disease, per-capita monthly income of the family, Charlson comorbidity index grading, and self-efficacy were influencing factors of class of treatment burden in patients with coronary heart disease plus multimorbidity. Conclusion: The treatment burden in patients with coronary heart disease plus multimorbidity has obvious classification, and medical staff should pay attention to the treatment burden characteristics of different patients and implement targeted intervention measures.
