An effective, easy and affordable treatment for peristomal pyoderma gangrenosum.

Peristomal pyoderma gangrenosum (PPG) is an under-recognised and difficult condition to treat. We discuss a topical combination therapy that has shown to be effective, easy and affordable while facilitating wound healing and allowing for adhesion of the appliance baseplate.
