They all belong to the period when the province of Arabia extended through the Negev to the Mediterranean coast.
        Im Kontext der Arbeit für Band VI des Corpus Inscriptionum Iudaeae/Palaestinae werden drei Inschriften aus dem Negev zum Teil neu gelesen und kommentiert: die Grabinschrift eines Soldaten der ala VII Phrygum sowie die Grabinschriften zweier Soldaten der legio III Cyrenaica. Sie gehören alle in die Zeit, als die Provinz Arabia durch den Negev bis zur Mittelmeerküste reichte.
