Simultaneously existential, psychological, bodily, and sexual, if women are seen as a symbol of a difference that only becomes a subject when understood through male scripts and codes, we will recognize that psychoanalysis contributes when it suggests that our dramas stem from the unconscious and drives, through subjectifications that challenge the notion of self. However, as a masculinist and phallocentric knowledge, it fails by overlooking the reasons why women are caricatured as the second sex, a body-subject made into the Other. From what can be inferred about the condition of women, we will show that the criticisms of Merleau-Ponty and Beauvoir of psychoanalysis are intertwined in the sense that they recognize the relevance and limits of this theoretical model, but without ceasing to make think the subject that we become in each act. Despite the differences in terms of their objects, Beauvoir and Merleau-Ponty imply that everything we are, we are and can only be if understood as ambiguous, intentional, spontaneous, "pierced", impersonal and, therefore, transitive, non-natural and in becoming. Entre proximidades e entrelaçamentos teóricos, problematizaremos a condição da mulher a partir das críticas e elogios à psicanálise que Merleau-Ponty e Beauvoir fazem pensar. Concomitantemente existencial, psíquica, corpórea e sexual, se a mulher é vista como o símbolo de uma diferença que só devém como sujeita se compreendida através do script e das cifras masculinas, reconheceremos que a psicanálise contribui quando sugere que nossos dramas decorrem do inconsciente e das pulsões, através de sujeitificações que colocam em xeque a noção de Eu. Contudo, masculinista e falogocêntrico, tal saber malogra ao passar por alto os motivos das mulheres serem caricaturadas como o segundo sexo, um corpo-sujeito tornado Outro. Do que se depreende acerca da condição da mulher, mostraremos que as críticas de Merleau-Ponty e Beauvoir à psicanálise se fazem entrelaçáveis na medida em que reconhecem a pertinência e os limites desse modelo teórico, mas sem deixar de fazer pensar o sujeito que nos tornamos a cada ato.
