| Sumario: | In this article, consequences of the winning and losing the struggle between the societies that entered the power struggle are discussed for both societies based on Ibn Khaldun's opinions on the reactions of the defeated society. The constant change of victor and defeated in history is related to the concept of power itself. It is stated that the constant change of power in the process also changes the powerful. As a result of the power struggle that has been progressing in almost every century throughout history, two different societies called "victor and defeated" have emerged. This dual structure that emerged based on power, has also been affected by the phenomenon of "power delusion", another product of power. In this way, the history has become a scene where the trio of power struggle, power transformation and power delusion are repeated. According to Ibn Khaldun, the defeated society develops three types of reactions under the power struggle that has existed throughout history. The defeated either believes that the power holder has reached the perfection and serves the power because of his deception of soul or explains the reason of his defeat with the culture and religion of the power holder. As a third option he gives up-throws in the towel-on everything with the laziness and learned helplessness revealed by the defeat. It is seen that this situation is an important criterion about each state, which will battle for power struggle, taking the risk of being defeated, how to base the rebirth on what point and what method should be followed for the key of liberty. In this article, the problem is analyzed by making indirect observations in the macro context, scanning and examining a sufficient number of resources.
