The Fleishman Job Analysis System is a useful tool for identifying these necessary skills in pre-hospital emergency care, which is the first point of contact for emergency medical services. Objective: The purpose of this study identify the cognitive, psychomotor and sensory-perceptual abilities required for the role of pre-hospital emergency medical personnel. Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with pre-hospital emergency medical personnel as participants. Inclusion criteria included a minimum of 5 years of professional experience and voluntary participation. 50 individuals meeting the criteria were randomly selected. Data collection used the Fleishman Job Analysis Survey checklist, consisting of cognitive, psychomotor, and sensory-perceptual requirements rated on a 7-point Likert scale. Statistical analysis was done using SPSS27 software to calculate means, standard deviations, and frequency percentages for the results Results: The study involved individuals with a mean age of 24.8 years and a standard deviation of 9.33 years.45% were in a marital relationship, 42% held a bachelor's degree, and their work schedule was 24 h of work followed by12 h of rest. Abilities scoring above 6 were considered high demand. In cognitive abilities, problem-solving and verbal articulation were key. Perceptual-affective abilities focused on auditory sensitivity and attention, while psychomotor abilities highlighted reaction time, speed regulation, manual dexterity, and arm coordination as crucial skills Conclusions: Cognitive processing, motor coordination, and sensory perception are vital for quick and accurate decision making in emergencies. Coordinating these abilities effectively can significantly improve care quality in pre-hospital settings
