ab: The External Hordeolum (common stye) is an in- flammatory disease caused by an acute staphylococcal infection of the glands of Zeis and Moll within the margin of the eyelid. Boenninghausen's Hexameter contains 7 axioms which plays a very important role in the selection of Homoeopathic remedies. A 26-year-old female patient presenting with swelling in the left lower eyelid was treated using the Homoeopathic remedy Mercurius Solubilis 30 through the principles of Boenninghausen's Hexameter, particularly focusing on the axioms that are present in the case, of Quid (peculiar pathology/sensation) and Ubi (location of the disease), This conceptual foundation underscores the relevance of the Boenninghausen's Hexameter and its application in clinical practice.
