| Sumario: | Background- Post-viral arthritis is a condition which mainly develops when the person is suffering from a viral infection that infection followed by joint pain it may cause short-term as well as long-term effects. 70% of people experience joint pain after a viral infection. Case Report A 48-year-old male patient presented with complaints of joint pain, which started 15 days ago. There is a stitching type of pain in all joints which becomes worse on motion, while sitting and in the morning and relieved on rest only. According to the totality of symptoms considering mental and physical symptoms Bryonia Alba prescribed which consequently showed improvement within 10 days. The outcome of the treatment was evaluated by using modified Naranjo criteria for homoeopathy [MONARCH] where it was observed to be +8 which suggested clinical improvement in post-viral arthritis with the help of homoeopathy. |
