As a result of the questionnaires, adolescents with “high” usage of plastic-packaged products and “low” attitudes toward healthy eating were assigned to intervention groups simple random sampling method (<italic>n</italic> = 108) and urinary samples were collected. Post-tests were conducted after the plastic-free diet was applied to intervention 1, the plastic-free diet education program and BPA exposure feedback to both Intervention 1 and Intervention 2, and BPA exposure feedback to Intervention 3. All interventions were effective in reducing urinary BPA levels, decreasing the use of plastic-packaged products, and improving attitudes toward healthy eating.
