This case report presents the evolution of a female aged 69 years with this dual diagnosis associated with epilepsy and benefitting from a personalised intervention focused on personal autonomy.Personal autonomy development was assessed using Vineland-II (VABS-II), while behaviours exhibited in the living environment (meals, cleanliness using the toilet, dressing, etc.) were evaluated <italic>via</italic> an original observation grid. A personalised behavioural and developmental support program with social and tangible reinforcements was applied daily for two years, including support and concrete action learning in everyday life situations.The participant showed progress in the personal autonomy domain, especially eating and drinking and cleanliness in using the toilets.This case report provides evidence that seniors with ASD and severe ID can progress, even minimally, in personal autonomy when a regular psycho-educative program is applied.
