      ab: The aim of this randomized controlled experimental study was to determine the effect of sexual counseling for infertile couples according to the PLISSIT model on sexual function and sexual satisfaction. A total of 60 infertile couples (30 intervention, 30 control) with sexual dysfunction were included in the sample. Each couple in the intervention group received sexual counseling in three separate sessions based on the PLISSIT model. It was found that sexual counseling given to infertile couples using the PLISSIT model positively affected their sexual function and sexual satisfaction.
