| Sumario: | Though acne is not a life-threatening condition but is of immense cosmetic value, a common inflammatory skin condition among teenagers and young adults. In contrast to various topical applications, homoeopathy promises to heal through oral administration of similimum medicine. This case report records a case of 24-year-old girl suffering from small, solitary, pustular, bilaterally symmetrical eruption on either side of the cheek which was treated by Arnica montana 200C followed by Staphylococcinum 1M. The case has shown significant result and have scored 10 according to MONARCH assessment showing the correct utilization of a nosode at a correct time.
