Materials and methods: A bibliometric analysis was conducted using the Web of Science and Scopus databases, reviewing a total of 1759 articles from 1964 to the date of the study. The Rayyan tool was used for bibliographic analysis and the JAMOVI software for identifying patterns and temporal changes. Results: A linear increase in publications over the last 60 years was identified, with a significant rise since 2000. This trend highlights the introduction of therapies and interventions, focusing on improving social skills, communication, and social interaction. The most frequently mentioned comorbidity is anxiety, and the most relevant therapy is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, with a growing interest in topics related to the well-being and quality of life of individuals with ASD and their families. The United States and the United Kingdom are the leading countries in publications. Conclusions: It is observed that the increase in articles and themes in non-pharmacological interventions to support the development of children and youth with Autism Spectrum Disorder marks a growing interest of the scientific community in diversifying approaches and methods of treatment to back up this population. Objetivo: El objetivo de este artículo es identificar la evolución y las tendencias en las intervenciones no farmacológicas para apoyar el desarrollo de niños y jóvenes con trastorno del Espectro Autista. Materiales y métodos: Se realizó un análisis bibliométrico con búsquedas en las bases de datos Web of Science y Scopus, incluyendo la revisión desde 1964 hasta la fecha del estudio, con un total de 1759 artículos. Se utilizó la herramienta Rayyan para el análisis de la bibliografía y el software JAMOVI para identificar patrones y cambios temporales. Resultados: Se identificó un aumento lineal en publicaciones en los últimos 60 años, con un marcado incremento desde el 2000. Esta tendencia destaca la introducción de una variedad de terapias e intervenciones, enfocándose en mejorar habilidades sociales, comunicación e interacción social. La comorbilidad más mencionada es la ansiedad, y la terapia más relevante, la terapia cognitiva del comportamiento, observándose interés creciente en las temáticas de bienestar y calidad de vida de las personas con trastorno del espectro autista y sus familias. Estados Unidos y Reino Unido lideran en publicaciones.
