Privacy was meant for strong protection, so the legislator protected it by enacting an arsenal of laws that began From constitutional protection to protection through special laws regulating it, in order to deter anyone who tempts himself to violate another person's privacy, especially since it has become easy to violate it in the digital field due to the tremendous development of software and websites on the Internet Since the Internet is a global network that does not pay any attention to international borders, the world in its perspective is a small village, and also given the extreme importance of its use in various fields, it has become clear for all countries of the world to find alternative and advanced methods that are common, such as concluding agreements and treaties for strong protection of personal data in the digital field.
