To address these issues, this study aims to develop a web-based patient registration system using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodology with a prototyping approach. The system is designed to streamline the patient registration process, enhance data accuracy, and facilitate monthly report generation. Data collection methods include direct observation, interviews with clinic staff, and system requirements analysis. The implementation results indicate a 50% reduction in registration time compared to the previous manual method. Additionally, blackbox testing shows that the system functions as intended, reducing data entry errors and providing easier data access for clinic administrators. With this system, Klinik Bidan Atik is expected to improve service quality, accelerate the registration process, and organize monthly reports more systematically. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: Article src: R language: English refInfo: copyright: @attributes: flag: Y dt: @attributes: year: 2025 holdings: @attributes: islocal: N |
