Sumario:The article reports that the BA/PA Liaison Group in Great Britain has urged publishers to put in place additional embargo notices for October's Launch Date titles across all multiple retailers while the Launch Dates Code of Practice is reviewed. The group met last week, with all parties agreeing to support Monday releases already on the BA's Web site for October, provided individual publishers' embargo notices were also in place. The Liaison Group plans to review the initiative, considering changing the publication day and enforcing embargoes, before finalising the selection of titles for 2006. The move follows the book company WH Smith's de facto withdrawal from the code this month.
