The data of this qualitative study were collected using brainstorming and critique meetings attended by 15 religious leaders, 15 local leaders, and 15 Muslim academics. The data were analyzed using content analysis comparing logistics with concepts, theories, research reports and context based on the grounded theory method. The results of the study showed that prevention and solution should be conducted through the use of six main activities integrated with Islamic principles. They are self-socialization, studying Islam, studying and learning the Al-Quran, religious lectures, group studies (Halaqah), and voluntary post-midnight praying (Kiyamullai). These activities emphasize behavioural analysis for self-learning, self-development, attitude and value change, behavioural change, solving problems of conflict, mind development for prosperity, morals, ethics, disciplines, happy living in society.
