| Sumario: | The 50 Millesimal potency scale, introduced by Samuel Hahnemann in the sixth edition of Organon of Medicine, represents a significant advancement in homeopathic drug dynamisation. Despite its historical foundation, its practical utility has been underexplored. This study aims to evaluate the scope, methodology, and clinical relevance of 50 Millesimal potencies (LM potencies) in modern homeopathic practice. A mixed-method approach involving literature review and clinical case series analysis was used. Results indicate a favourable response with minimal aggravations and better patient compliance. The findings support broader integration of LM potencies, especially in chronic cases and hypersensitive individuals. Further clinical trials are necessary to consolidate evidence for standardised usage. |
