It was used as the remedy for the annoyances he had noticed with the centesimal scale. In his later years, Hahnemann himself chose to employ "medicament au globule,"(50 millesimal) which is a compilation of 150 of the most significant homoeopathic treatments in the lowest tenths of dilutions.
