Sumario:	We conducted a proof-of-concept for a personal health record management platform utilizing AI robotics technology. Importance-Performance Analysis and the Chuchiming Index were used to assess the importance and acceptance of (1) platform functionality, and (2) systems and security. The results suggested that development is feasible, with information visualization, platform integration, robust security, and phased feature deployment identified as key priorities.
