ab: Clinical Repertories are a culmination of years of effort by pioneering homoeopaths, offering a treasure trove of homoeopathic knowledge. Their usefulness in specific cases is undeniable. To effectively practice homoeopathy, physicians must study human beings as individuals and groups, in health and disease, using a phenomenological approach through sense perception. Clinical Repertories facilitate this process by: Identifying remedies with general correspondence to disease features and enabling practitioners to select the most similar remedy for a given case. Menstrual complaints, including dysmenorrhoea, menorrhagia, and premenstrual syndrome (PMS), affect millions of women worldwide. Homoeopathy offers a holistic and non-invasive approach to managing these complaints.
