A study involving 82 participants, conducted within 21 days post-concussion, found significant correlations between TG completion time and WG speed under both single-task (ST) and dual-task (DT) conditions. The results indicate that WG may serve as a useful proxy for TG while also providing unique insights into concussion assessment.
