| Sumario: | The article investigates the relationship between non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medication (NSAID) use and clinical outcomes in adolescents following a concussion. A prospective cohort study involving 118 participants revealed that those who used NSAIDs reported more severe concussion symptoms and were seen earlier for evaluation, but NSAID use did not correlate with the development of persisting post-concussive symptoms (PPCS). The findings suggest that injury factors, rather than NSAID use, may play a more significant role in recovery timing.
