| Sumario: | The article focuses on the relationship between single leg hop (SLH) distance and psychological readiness in individuals who have undergone anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction (ACLR). The study involved 22 participants, primarily female, who were assessed using neurocognitive SLH tasks to simulate sport-specific scenarios. Results indicated that psychological readiness, as measured by the Anterior Cruciate Ligament Return to Sport after Injury (ACLRSI) scale, significantly predicted SLH distance on the ACLR limb, while time since surgery did not show a significant correlation. The findings suggest that psychological factors play a crucial role in the functional performance of the ACLR limb during neurocognitive tasks. |
