Sumario:The article focuses on evaluating the effectiveness of a training protocol for lower-limb exoskeletons in performing untrained, army-relevant tasks. A study involving 13 male participants assessed their performance in various terrains and conditions before and after training with an ankle exoskeleton. Results indicated that while there were no significant improvements in untrained tasks, participants experienced lower perceived exertion in specific conditions post-training. The findings suggest that training for challenging tasks should be specifically tailored to those tasks to enhance performance.
