The program has been tested in clinical trials and is now being assessed for feasibility in community settings through low-cost virtual exercise classes and a pilot program in a disability service agency. Results indicate that the community program has enrolled 19 participants, with a retention rate of 63.1%, while the pilot program in the agency retained 87.5% of its 8 participants.
