Summary:The article discusses a study on older Americans' use of online resources on Medicare Advantage or stand-alone prescription drug plans for insurance decision-making as of 2025. Results show that no more than half of older adults reported receiving help changing Medicare plans, and only one-third of them reported using technology for insurance matters. Also noted is a suggested mismatch between where insurance companies and Medicare beneficiaries prefer to conduct business.
