| Sumario: | This paper presents a model for case conceptualization in couples counseling using Adlerian life style investigation. While often applied in individual therapy, life style analysis offers a powerful framework for understanding the dynamics of couple conflict. By uncovering each partner's guiding beliefs and relational patterns, therapists can make sense of competitive struggles and emotional disconnection. The model integrates these insights with the Emotionally-Focused Couples Therapy (EFCT) infinity loop to map interaction cycles and guide intervention. A case study demonstrates how this conceptual approach can clarify therapeutic direction and promote lasting change grounded in cooperation, mutual respect, and Adlerian psychological principles.
