| Sumario: | This essay conceptualizes "archipelagic performance" by offering three de/colonial moves: unraveling interiority, dis/articulating exteriority, and anchoring space–time. These currents surfaced from a staged performance entitled, "What sounds do turtles make?" I illustrate archipelagic performance as an anti-method, where its "anti" sensibility locates itself in surging against coloniality that have historically rendered knowledge from "faraway islands" as unrecognizable, and how methods of learning and performing from/with seas are as messy and ungovernable as oceans themselves.
