Findings associated with these complaints can include strabismus, cyclotorsions, and oculomotor dysfunction. These findings can cause a decrease in quality of life for affected patients, and vision therapy may be a tool to help improve a patient's symptoms. Although prognosis is guarded, physicians should consider all treatment options for these patients to decrease symptoms as much as possible to improve quality of life. Case Report: A twenty-year-old female presented to our clinic with a history of ataxia telangiectasia that was diagnosed eleven years before her visit. She complained of longstanding, intermittent diplopia. The patient's AT had affected motor movements and speech for the last several years, and she ambulated via wheelchair due to low muscle tone. She was diagnosed with constant alternating exotropia, excyclotorsion of the right eye, and oculomotor dysfunction. A treatment plan consisted of eight weeks of vision therapy focusing on oculomotor skills and the use of a virtual reality therapy program to treat her excyclotorsion. Conclusion: This case report reflects that patients with degenerative motor conditions such as ataxia telangiectasia may present with oculomotor findings. Due to the degenerative nature of these conditions, prognosis may be guarded.
