First came an internal memo written by Ray Ozzie, its chief technical officer, which was backed up by a second memo by Gates just a few days later. Ozzie, the inventor of Lotus Notes, has spent most of his career fighting Microsoft. However, Microsoft hired him in 2005 to help Gates revitalise Microsoft for the future. |
