Why more than half of band 5 vacancies are not advertised: Newly registered nurses are struggling to start their careers, yet more than 5,000 vacant NHS nurse jobs aren't subject to open recruitment.

More than half of all vacant band 5 nurse posts (59%) are not being advertised, according to an RCNi investigation.
