ab: The article presents information about various programs, materials and techniques to educate learning disabled children. "Secrets" is a very unusual program. The children are to listen to the first secret each day for a week, and so on until six lessons and six weeks have passed. The program is for the child and his privacy is not to be violated. The parent's role is to be one of understanding and love. To help the parents help the child, a message to parents is included in the package. "How to Help Children Learn to Learn," by Beatrice F. Goldizer has been written to give tutors, teachers, teacher aides and parents exercises to help elementary school children become more at ease and receptive to their academic work. The purpose of the book "A Language Approach to Learning Disabilities," by Victoria Sperry is to provide specific activities for the remediation of learning problems in Children. These can be effected within an organizational framework which is easily understood by the teacher.
