| Sumario: | This study developed and validated Entrustable Professional Activities (EPAs) for entry-level dietetics using the Delphi method. Fifty-three dietitians evaluated the EPAs milestones, relevance, clarity, and their key task descriptors, over 2 Delphi rounds. Expert feedback was on refining the EPA statements and descriptors to enhance clarity and completeness. The EPAs: (1) develops and implements nutrition care plans, (2) possesses effective communication skills, (3) undertakes professional development, project management, and quality assurance activities, and (4) works independently and in partnership with others, achieved ≥70% consensus. EPAs enhance competency-based education by linking theoretical knowledge with real-world clinical practices in dietetics.
