Method: A bibliometric, document-based study conducted in the Catalog of Theses and Dissertations of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel between April and May 2025, using the descriptors "Artificial Intelligence" and "Nursing". Descriptive statistics, Zipf's Law, and co-occurrence analysis were used. Results: Nineteen productions were identified, nine dissertations (47.4%) and 10 theses (52.6%). The most commonly used Artificial Intelligence techniques were machine learning and deep learning. Regarding the Nursing work process, care and management were the main focuses of application. Conclusion: The production of theses and dissertations on Artificial Intelligence applied to Nursing is still incipient.
