| Sumario: | The study aimed to investigate the impact of internal environmental problems and obstacles on administrative decision-making in the office of Al-Husainiya Municipality for the years 2021-2024. The descriptive-analytical method was employed. The research population included all employees in the Al-Husainiya Municipality office, numbering 100 males. The sample consisted of 36 employees randomly selected from the office staff. To achieve the objectives of this study, a questionnaire was prepared, consisting of two axes: the first axis focused on internal environmental problems and obstacles, including three dimensions: personal obstacles, organizational obstacles, and technological obstacles. The second axis addressed administrative decision-making in the Al-Husainiya Municipality office in Najran, comprising 26 items. The study concluded that internal environmental problems and obstacles had a negative impact on administrative decision-making in Al-Husainiya Municipality for the years 2021-2024. The study recommended the organization of workshops and regular training courses for employees to develop their skills in dealing with internal environmental obstacles, encourage them to propose creative solutions to these problems, and implement developmental programs aimed at enhancing analytical and strategic thinking skills among employees. The study also suggested conducting future studies to examine the impact of problems and obstacles on administrative decision-making in other similar institutions to Al-Husainiya Municipality.
