This study explores the integration of the Critical Path Method (CPM) and Program Evaluation and Review Technique (PERT) within BPR initiatives in the Central Sulawesi Provincial Government, Indonesia. The objective is to identify administrative inefficiencies and design a BPR framework based on structured project management principles. Secondary data from the Public Satisfaction Survey (PSS) by the Regional Development Planning Agency (BAPPEDA) showed a satisfaction index of 88.55 ("very good"), yet highlighted the need for workflow redesign to optimise public service delivery. The integration of CPM and PERT into the Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD) increased the projected success rate to 99.25%, reduced procedural inefficiencies, and enhanced resource allocation. Key enablers include collaborative governance, process transparency, and digital integration. The study recommends adopting restructured workflows to boost efficiency, strengthen public trust, and improve governance. Future research should compare the role of emerging technologies—such as artificial intelligence (AI), the Internet of Things (IoT), and big data analytics—in advancing local government transformation. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: Article src: R language: English refInfo: copyright: @attributes: flag: N holdings: @attributes: islocal: N |
