This program trains social workers and caregivers to obtain relevant qualifications for disability welfare services. However, the effectiveness of this training has not yet been evaluated. This study conducted a questionnaire survey to examine changes in knowledge and awareness of SDM among participants before and after the program. The results demonstrated that participants' knowledge and awareness of SDM generally improved. Individuals aged 50 years and above demonstrated greater knowledge of a particular SDM item compared to those aged 49 years and below. Although the group with more years of support experience had higher SDM knowledge before the training than the one with fewer years of experience, no significant difference in SDM knowledge was observed after the training. pubtype: Academic Journal doctype: Article src: R language: English refInfo: copyright: @attributes: flag: N holdings: @attributes: islocal: N |
