| Sumario: | The creative economy can be read through the lenses of the restricted economy, whose interest is the conservation and self reproduction or it can be interpreted from a general economy perspective, recognizing dissemination and traveling language in the translation path (DERRIDA, 2011). The analysis of formal discourses such as those of the creative economy, in the light of Derrida's deconstructive orientation, allows both the recognition (identification) and the estrangement (differentiation) of political and institutional structures that facilitate (and difficult) the reception and activation of the creative economy by collectives. The purpose of this article is to advance the understanding of language in travel of models of creative economy, experienced in cultural collectives (DERRIDA, 1986). In the methodological repertoire, an instrumental and procedural metaphor (Sys.terna) stands out as a way of translating the convergence of economic processes (cultural, social, commercial, etc.) operable by collectives, whether in central or marginal scenarios to the primary focus of the government creative economy policy. The Experimental Creative Economy Agency (AGECX), the base image and scenario of this study, was conceived to act proactively in the teaching, translation, production of meaning and qualification of educational initiatives identified with the development of reading, writing and editing. The study reveals the discursive dispute that occurs in the process of institutional formulation of the concept of creative economy in symbolic spaces such as the "political and societal agenda" and the "scientific agenda" -- local, regional, national and international (BRUNSTEIN; SCARTEZINI; RODRIGUES, 2012). A economia criativa pode ser lida através da economia restrita, cujo interesse é a conservação e a reprodução de si, ou pode ser interpretada por uma perspectiva de economia geral, reconhecendo a disseminação e a língua em viagem no percurso de tradução (DERRIDA, 2011). A análise de discursos formais como os da economia criativa, à luz da orientação desconstrutiva de Derrida, permite tanto o reconhecimento (a identificação) quanto o estranhamento (a diferenciação) das estruturas políticas e institucionais que facilitam (e dificultam) a acolhida e o acionamento da economia criativa por coletivos. O propósito deste artigo é avançar na compreensão da língua em viagem de modelos de economia criativa, experimentada em coletivos culturais (DERRIDA, 1986). Destaca-se, no repertório metodológico, uma metáfora instrumental e procedimental (Sys.terna) como modo de traduzir a convergência de processos econômicos (culturais, sociais, comerciais etc.) operáveis por coletivos, seja em cenários centrais ou marginais ao foco primário da política governamental de economia criativa. A Agência de Economia Criativa Experimental (AGECX), imagem de base e cenário deste estudo, foi concebida para atuar proativamente no percurso de ensino, de tradução, de produção de significação e de qualificação de iniciativas educacionais identificadas com o desenvolvimento de competências de leitura, escrita e edição. O estudo revela a disputa discursiva que ocorre no processo de formulação institucional do conceito de economia criativa em espaços simbólicos tais como os da "agenda política e societal" e da "agenda científica" -- local, regional, nacional e internacional (BRUNSTEIN; SCARTEZINI; RODRIGUES, 2012). |
