      ab: The infection of the foot's skin by dermatophytes causes tinea pedis, commonly referred to as athlete's foot. Walking barefoot and coming into direct contact with the organism is how patients get infected. Significant morbidity, such as cellulitis, osteomyelitis, and lymphangitis, can occur from improperly treated tinea pedis. This clinical case study explores the effectiveness of the individualised homoeopathic medicines in the case of tinea pedis. A 30 year old male patient has been presenting with tinea pedis for 8 years, and taking allopathic medicines from many Physicians but the patient shows no recovery. He started homoeopathic medicine and within 7 Month tinea pedis was cured. The whole case was repertorized and Argentum Nitricum was given along with some acute and complementary medicine in the follow up stage. The study highlighted the potential of homoeopathy as an effective individualised treatment for tinea pedis addressing both the physical as well as psychological aspect.
