Using data from a national survey conducted in May 2025, the study identified high confidence levels with CGM among inpatient DSNs, but lower confidence and training gaps regarding HCL systems. Thematic analysis revealed recurring challenges, including infrastructure limitations, role ambiguity and safety concerns.
