Using a cross-sectional mixed-methods design, data from 477 participants were analyzed to explore substance use patterns, motivations, perceptions of stigma, safe consumption, and coping strategies. Results indicate that substance use is stigmatized both socially and within the GBNSOQ community. Mobile apps serve as critical tools for self-care during sexual encounters involving substance use and may promote harm reduction practices while strengthening community support networks.
