ab: The rapid advancement of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has transformed the educational landscape. This method offers new opportunities for personalised, adaptive, and interactive learning. This study examines how students learn with the help of Artificial Intelligence (AI) teaching tools compared to traditional classroom methods. The research focuses on engagement, motivation, conceptual understanding, effective learning, skill development, feedback, and assessment. The questionnaire was designed using the Four-point Likert scale. There are 20 closed-ended questions and 5 open-ended questions. This study investigated the impact of AI tools on enhancing independent learning, digital literacy, and problem-solving skills among students. The quantitative data were collected with the help of a Google Form, the accuracy findings are done by the central tendency (mean, median and mode), and the result is represented through the pie chart. The research findings revealed that AI tools significantly enhance self-learning, digital literacy and problem-solving abilities by providing instant feedback and quick clarification for the students. The study concludes that AI teaching tools are one of the best methods for the effective teaching and learning process, an innovative teaching method and for the student's engagement, but it is not a replacement for the traditional method of teaching. A balanced integration of technology and traditional teaching methods will help the development of both cognitive and affective learning skills for the students in the teaching learning process.
