This article explores the disinformation web generated around the US elections. Methodology: We analysed the fact-checks published on this topic by the five Spanish verification platforms belonging to the IFCN (Maldita.es, Newtral, EFE Verifica, Infoveritas and Verificat) between 27 June and 12 November 2024 (n=204). All the pieces were subjected to an analysis form structured in four blocks. Results: In constructing these messages, audiovisual elements are notable, and artificial intelligence is growing. Although most (67.2%) of these pieces lack an identified source, a notable proportion of deceptions are attributed to authentic sources (19.1%). In this respect, disinformation is a standard political tool in Trump's discourse. Generally speaking, the facts reported are completely fabricated (59.3%) and focus on issues related to the candidates' private lives or past (19.1%) and the attempted assassination of Trump (13.7%).
