| Sumario: | In this article we discuss the uses of the words debil, idiot and moron [debil, idiota, kretyn] in the transcripts of the Polish parliament of selected persons. We focus on turn-taking and semantic analyses, which lead us to identify the new function in which these old psychiatric terms appear in general Polish, here: on the example of the Polish parliament. The linguistic data comes from the Corpus of Parliamentary Discourse covering the period from 1918 to the present. The names analysed are those which have become known as key words in the Polish parliament in various parliamentary discussions and debates. On the basis of the CPD data, we carry out not only a statistical and semantic analysis of these words (here: more precisely, a semantic analysis of their realisation in Polish parliamentary discourse), but also -- a pragmatic analysis, attempting to determine the purposes and functions of invoking these names in the Polish parliament. W artykule omawiamy użycia wyrazów debil, idiota i kretyn w stenogramach polskiego parlamentu. Skupiamy się na analizach frekwencyjnych i znaczeniowych, które doprowadzają nas do określenia nowej funkcji, w jakiej te stare terminy z zakresu psychiatrii występują w polszczyźnie ogólnej, tu: na przykładzie polskiego parlamentu. Dane językowe pochodzą z Korpusu Dyskursu Parlamentarnego obejmującego okres od 1918 roku do dziś. Analizie poddane zostały te nazwy, które w polskim parlamencie zyskały miano wyrazów istotnych w różnych dyskusjach i debatach parlamentarnych. Na podstawie danych z KDP przeprowadzamy nie tylko analizy statystyczną i semantyczną tych wyrazów (tu: dokładniej -- analizę semantyczną ich realizacji w polskim dyskursie parlamentarnym), ale także analizę pragmatyczną, próbując określić cele i funkcje przywoływania tych nazw w polskim parlamencie. |
