Sumario:Artificial Intelligence (AI) is rapidly transforming healthcare by enhancing diagnostic accuracy, data management, and clinical decision-making. Within the homoeopathic system of medicine, AI has emerged as a powerful tool supporting case analysis, repertorisation, remedy selection, research, and educational processes. By integrating vast Materia medica databases, clinical outcomes, and pattern-recognition algorithms, AI offers opportunities for increased efficiency, consistency, and evidence-based support in homoeopathic practice. This article explores the dual-edged impact of Artificial Intelligence in homoeopathy, critically examining its advantages alongside its ethical, philosophical, and operational limitations. Emphasis is placed on the need for a balanced, human- centred approach in which AI serves as an adjunct rather than a substitute for the homoeopathic physician. The study concludes that while AI holds significant promise in advancing homoeopathic practice, its integration must be guided by homoeopathic philosophy, clinical wisdom, and ethical responsibility to preserve the individuality of the patient and the integrity of the system.
