The article explores the richness of this relationship, emphasizing the subjectivation of truth through the notion of paraskeue. Understood as the set of practices necessary and sufficient to allow us to be stronger than anything that can happen, it operates as a practical matrix of action. This matrix is considered true when it permeates rational conduct, making the subject strong enough to face events that can hurt or weaken him. In conclusion, the subject of philosophical spirituality is a subject of ascetic actions in permanent preparation for the adversities of existence. En este artículo analizaré la relación entre subjetividad y verdad en los dichos y escritos de Michel Foucault entre 1981 y 1984, haciendo hincapié en su relevancia para la problematización de la espiritualidad y sus desarrollos en las nociones de inquietud de sí, conversión, ascesis y logos en el marco de su «viaje» por la filosofía antigua. El artículo explora la riqueza de esta relación, haciendo hincapié en la subjetivación de la verdad a través de la noción de paraskeue. Entendida como el conjunto de prácticas necesarias y suficientes para permitirnos ser más fuertes que cualquier cosa que pueda suceder, opera como una matriz práctica de acción. Esta matriz se considera verdadera cuando impregna la conducta racional, haciendo que el sujeto sea lo suficientemente fuerte como para hacer frente a los acontecimientos que pueden herirlo o debilitarlo.
